PRETZEL JELLO 
PRETZEL CRUST:

2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2-3 level tsp. sugar

CREAM CHEESE MIDDLE:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

JELLO TOPPING:

1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) cartons frozen strawberries, thawed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

PRETZEL CRUST: Combine ingredients, press mixture evenly into 9x13 inch baking dish (lightly greased with butter). Bake for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, make cream cheese mixture; mix well until smooth. Allow pretzel crust to cool slightly, then add cream cheese, spreading evenly over pretzel crust.

Next, dissolve Jello in boiling water, then add fruit; allow Jello to stand approximately 10 minutes before pouring over cream cheese. Refrigerate until solid.

NOTE: May use raspberry Jello and frozen raspberries in place of strawberries.
