2 pkgs. (sm.) instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. Fudge Stripe cookies

Mix pudding and buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Add crushed cookies just before serving.
