CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
1/2 stick butter
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta or other), diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. flour

Combine and heat in saucepan until well blended; set aside. In a 9 x 13 pan, place the following:

3 c. chicken, boned (3-5 breasts)
1 (8-10 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
2 oz. pimento, diced

Pour sauce over the last ingredients. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
