BREAD OR SWEET ROLLS FROM CAKE

Dissolve one package dry yeast in 1 1/4 cups warm water. Use warm bowl. Add one Jiffy white cake mix and 3 cups of flour. Add a beaten egg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Stir well. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 2 hours. Punch down and knead slightly. Form two loaves of bread or roll out and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar - roll up and cut. Let rise one hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. This dough may be formed into any type of yeast bread or dinner roll or sweet rolls, stollen or coffee roll.
