DIANE'S HOLIDAY POPPY SEED BREAD 
This is a great holiday gift everyone will love. I started making this about 25 years ago as Christmas presents for special gifts and anyone who has ever received this wants the recipe. I am going to make more poppy seed bread for Christmas.

1 box butter nut cake mix
1 box coconut pudding (not instant)
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups hot water
poppy seed (about 2 tsp. plus for your own taste)

In mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, hot water and poppy seed. Beat at low speed until well blended. Beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Cool. Wrap in colored Saran wrap then if you wish with gift wrapping paper.
