HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up, skin removed 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/3 c. honey 1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. curry powder Spray a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Arrange chicken pieces on pan. Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, garlic salt and curry powder; spoon over chicken pieces. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, baste chicken with the pan sauce and continue baking, uncovered, from 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 4 to 6. |
