VEGGIE CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 c. chopped celery 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tube Ritz crackers 1 c. melted butter 1. Cook vegetables until tender, drain. 2. Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and cheese. 3. Pour into ungreased casserole. 4. Top with cracker crumbs. 5. Pour melted butter over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly (large covered casserole). Serves 10. |
