VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower (thawed & drained)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions
1 pkg. crescent rolls
4 oz. mushrooms, optional

Combine soup and milk. Add other ingredients except crescent rolls. Mix well. Place in 8 x 12 inch pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Unroll crescent rolls. Uncover casserole; lay crescent rolls on top and bake until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
