HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans chicken soup
3 tbsp. pimiento
6 chopped boiled eggs
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all but last two ingredients in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Mix together cheese and potato chips and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
