EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 c. sour cream
1 carrot, finely grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Spread half of the stuffing mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan; cover with chicken mixture. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
