LASAGNA 
9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. ricotta cheese

Brown the ground beef, then drain grease. Add sauce to meat and simmer. In a separate bowl beat 1 egg into ricotta cheese thoroughly. Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, build lasagna by layering sauce, 3 noodles, ricotta cheese mixture and mozzarella cheese until ingredients are finished. Bake lasagna, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
