SPINACH LASAGNE 
15 lasagne noodles
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and very well drained
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce (any kind)
8 oz. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese or a mixture
Sauteed mushrooms, sliced (optional)
8 oz. black olives, sliced (optional)

Cook (boil) lasagne noodles until tender. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cover with 1 layer noodles. Dot noodles with well-drained spinach, cheeses and optional ingredients. Spread with sauce. Repeat, make 5 layers. Top layer should have sauce, cheese and optional ingredients but not spinach. Bake until bubbly, 40-50 minutes, at 350 degrees.
