MOM'S MEATY LASAGNA 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna, cooked and drained
2 qt. jars your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. chopped onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 (15 oz.) container cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 or 3 (12 oz.) bags Mozzarella cheese

While lasagna is cooking, mix meats and onion in big pan and brown, then add spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and mushrooms. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

While waiting for those to finish, mix together cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese.

In a 9x12 inch lasagna pan, start with a layer of noodles, then sauce, then small amounts of cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese and lots of it. Keep alternating until all ingredients are gone. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
