1 whole chicken, cut up
1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserve
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2/3 c. water

Place chicken in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour 1/2 of sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover, turn chicken and pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cook 1 hour more, uncovered.
