KOREAN HAMBURGERS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef, brown
1 egg, whipped
1 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion (1/2 c.), chopped fine
1 sm. green pepper (1/2 c.), chopped fine
1 can shrimp, can use fresh shrimp
Salt & pepper to taste
A bit of accent

Combine all ingredients as listed. Make 1 inch thick patties and parboil until liquid is evaporated in fry pan. Serve with cole slaw.
