5 med. sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, halved
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. thin cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Arrange potatoes in greased casserole dish. Mix salt, sugar, flour and sprinkle over potatoes. Dot with butter. Add marshmallows and nuts and cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
