KNOCK YOU ON YOUR DERRIER RUM
PIE
 
6 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 pt. heavy whip cream
1/2 c. rum, dark or light
2 (9") graham pie crusts
2 tbsp. grated dark bitter chocolate

Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Dissolve gelatin into water and bring to boil. Pour gelatin mixture into egg mixture and beat briskly; set aside to cool. Whip cream until stiff (the crumbs stiff, stupid!). Fold the cream into the egg mixture adding the rum. Pour into the ready made pie crust and refrigerate to set. Garnish with grated chocolate. After eating two or more pieces, do not drive!!
