CROCK POT SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, about 1-inch thick
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese

Cut steak in 4 serving pieces. Dredge in flour and salt. Place in crock pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Next add tomatoes. Do not stir. Cover and cook 10 hours on low. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese.
