CROCK POT STEAK & POTATO SUPPER 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. fat
4 to 6 sm. potatoes, peeled
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Dredge steak in flour. Brown well on both sides in hot fat. Place meat in crock pot. Pour off any excess fat. Scrape up browned drippings left in pan and add to meat. Arrange potatoes with meat. Sprinkle with onions and seasonings. Add tomato sauce. Cook on high approximately 6 hours. Makes 4 generous servings.
