CROCK POT STEAK AND GRAVY 
2-3 lb. round steak
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
4 tbsp. oil

Cut steak in 1 inch pieces. In a large skillet brown the meat and then put it in a crock pot and rinse skillet with one of the cups of water. Pour over the meat and add rest of the water and all of the above ingredients. Cook on high for about 8 hours until meat is tender. Make a paste of 4 tablespoons flour and thicken for gravy. Cook about 10 minutes and serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
