CRESCENT ROLL BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 pkgs. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
1 egg, separated
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread 1 package crescent rolls in bottom of 9"x13" pan to form a crust.

Mix the 2 packages of cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla with mixer. Spread over crust.

Unroll 2nd package of crescent rolls and carefully pat over cream cheese mixture to make top crust.

Mix egg white and 1/3 cup sugar. Pour and spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Crust will be brown. Cool before cutting.
