CRESCENT ROLL BARS | |
2 lg. crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Spread 1 package crescent rolls on bottom and up the sides about 1/2 inch of buttered 9x13 glass baking dish. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg yolk until creamy. Spread on crescent rolls. Stretch second package of crescent rolls over top of cream cheese mixture. Seal edges. Beat egg white until fluffy. Brush on top of crescent rolls (top layer). Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Refrigerate after cooled. |
