MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. can cream style corn
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
