GROUND MEAT STEW 
1 lb. ground meat
2 carrots
2 ribs of celery
4 potatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 onion

Brown ground meat and drain grease. Put drained meat in large skillet and top with sliced onions, then cut celery ribs and on top of that carrots cut into rounds and then cover with sliced potatoes and top that with large can of tomato sauce and 1/3 can of water and A-1 sauce. Cook, covered, for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Serve from the pan. Do not mix, just layer one ingredient on top of another. Serves 4.
