MEAT STEW 
1 tsp. fat
1/2 c. mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, onions)
2 oz. meat, cubed
1 sm. potato
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat in fat. Add 1 cup water, salt and pepper and a few celery leaves for seasoning. Simmer slowly until meat is tender. Add 1/2 cup vegetables. Cut potato into quarters and add. Cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Makes 1 serving, equals to approximately 310 calories.
