LAMB MEAT STEW YUKHNEE 
1 1/2 lb. lamb meat, cut in cubes
2 med. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
3 lg. potatoes, peeled and cubed in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice

Fry meat in butter. Add onions and brown slightly. Add potatoes and continue to stir and fry until slightly browned. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and allspice. Stir and simmer about 30-40 minutes, until meat is tender.
