REUBEN SANDWICH 
1 (16 oz.) can Bavarian style sauerkraut
16 slices rye bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. corned beef
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/4 c butter

Drain sauerkraut well (may want to blot on towels). On 8 slices of bread, place Swiss cheese, corned beef, 2 tablespoons sauerkraut and 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing. Top with remaining slices of bread. Grill in preheated sandwich grill at medium setting for 3 to 5 minutes.
