CRABMEAT DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded helps
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
Garlic salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. season all or seafood seasoning

Melt cheeses in double boiler or microwave until blended (stir occasionally). Add seasoning and remaining ingredients except crabmeat. Blend well. Add crabmeat, cook over direct heat on low until steamy. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
