SMOKEY MOUNTAIN HONEY BBQ SAUCE 
REGULAR BATCH:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 (1 lb.) bag brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
4 (14 oz. ea.) bottles mustard
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 oz. Liquid Smoke
1 cup honey

LARGE (4X) BATCH:

2 lb. butter
4 lb. brown sugar
2 tbsp. onion powder
6 tbsp. garlic powder
2 (105 oz. ea.) jugs mustard (about 6 quarts)
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. Liquid Smoke
1 quart honey

Melt butter, mix in brown sugar, mix in onion powder, mix in garlic powder, mix in mustard, mix in Worcestershire, mix in liquid smoke, mix in honey.

Simmer at least an hour. The longer the better.

Didn't take long to downsize and upgrade this. Per CM's recipe.. How about 2 tablespoons butter - 2 tablespoons brown sugar - dash of each (or) to taste of onion & garlic powder - 1 teaspoon dry mustard - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire - few drops of liquid smoke - 2 tablespoons honey... might want to add 2 tablespoons vinegar and 1/2 cup of Jack Daniels or any good bourbon.
