FAVORITE SUMMER SALAD 
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
16 oz. carton cottage cheese
6 oz. box pineapple Jello
Pinch of salt
Sm. carton of whipped topping
6 crisp lettuce leaves
3 tsp. mayonnaise

Drain pineapple. (Save juice for future use.) Mix pineapple, cheese, Jello (dry) and salt. Stir in topping. Chill. When firm, spoon into lettuce and dot with mayonnaise. For dessert, sherbet or ice cream.
