POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. diced cooked ham
16 oz. sour cream
3 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
3 green onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
Pepper to taste

Thaw hash browns; add ham and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes and ham. Mix together. Pour into greased baking dish and top with 1/2 stick of butter mixed with 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
