Cut elephant into bite-size pieces. This should take about 2 months. Cover with brown gravy. Cook over kerosene fire about 4 weeks at 1650 degrees.

This will serve about 3, 800 people. If more people are expected add 2 rabbits; but add the rabbits only if necessary, as most people do not like to find a hare in their stew!
