HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Brown beef and onions. Drain well. In separate bowl, blend next 5 ingredients. Stir in meat mixture and cheese. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
