HAMBURGER QUICHE 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pie shell

Brown beef. Drain. Mix beef, cheese and onion. Put mixture into uncooked pie shell. Blend remaining ingredients. Spoon over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, let cool for 5 minutes.
