HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) Swiss cheese, shredded
Onion to taste (or scallions, chives or green peppers)

Brown meat and drain off fat. Blend eggs, mayonnaise, milk, seasonings and cornstarch. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, etc. and put in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean on the edges. Serve immediately. Can be baked frozen and re-heated.
