HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 9" pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. chopped green onion
Dash salt
1 1/2 c. or 1/2 lb. chopped cheddar or Swiss cheese

Brown meat over medium heat, drain off fat and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Blend in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6-8.
