HAMBURG QUICHE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. onion (optional)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
Dash of pepper

Brown meat and drain fat. Blend the mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Add meat, cheese, onion, and pepper. Turn into pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes until top is brown and knife cuts clean.
