CHURCH POTATOES 
12 med. potatoes
2 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten

Cook cut-up potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add butter, cheese, milk and salt. Heat over low heat until cheese melts. Fold in eggs and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

NOTE: Can bake immediately or refrigerate. This dish can also be frozen. If frozen, bring to room temperature before baking.
