CHURCH BAZAAR CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in crumb mixture made by combining all remaining ingredients. Place pieces in a shallow baking pan and bake in a moderate oven for 50 to 60 minutes. May be served with a sauce made by combining 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup lemon juice, heated, or with Mushroom Sauce (recipe follows). Yield: 4 servings.
