CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
2 c. bread crumbs

Combine potatoes, salt and pepper, sour cream and soup. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Pour over casserole and bake another 10-15 minutes (sage and onions can be added to bread crumbs).
