MASON - DIXON PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tart apples
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins

Brown chops in oil. Sprinkle with salt (both sides). Put chops in a baking dish. Peel and core apples. Top chops with apple rings. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add flour to oil in pan and blend. Add water and vinegar. Cook until thick. Add raisins. Pour over chops and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
