PORK CHOPS AND RICE BAKE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked regular rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 stick butter
4 pork chops

In a baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper. Place pork chops on rice mixture and add melted butter. Cover and bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
