POTATO SALAD | |
3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. creamed horseradish 2 tsp. prepared mustard 3 c. cubed cooked potatoes 1/2 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. diced onion 6 hard cooked eggs, quartered 1/4 c. diced pimento Salt and pepper to taste In large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish. Add remaining ingredients, toss to mix. Refrigerate to blend flavors. |
