LOW CAL COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped cucumbers
1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients. This can be made at night and refrigerated to blend flavors and the next day you have a very tasty little dish. Yield: 1 serving.
