CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts 3 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. curry powder 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs or corn flakes 1 tbsp. melted butter Cook artichoke hearts as directed on package. Arrange in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle chicken over artichoke hearts. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Combine bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
