LOW-CAL CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 can crab meat
1/3 bell pepper, chopped
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1/8 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard, optional
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 drops red hot sauce
Salt and pepper, if desired
1 piece of toasted, crumbled

Combine all ingredients except bread and place in small casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 2 (I double it standardly.)
