RAINBOW JELLO SALAD 
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 env. Knox gelatin plus 1/2 c. cold water
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 3 ingredients and let cool, then add sour cream and vanilla. Layer above mixture alternately with lime, lemon, orange, and cherry gelatins each mixed with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water, i.e. Knox gelatin mixture, lime gelatin, Knox mixture, lemon gelatin, etc. Can also be made with red and green colored gelatins for festive Christmas dish.
