1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 med. container Cool Whip
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 baked pie shells. Chill.
