FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 can fruit cocktail (with juice) 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Pet milk 1/2 c. coconut (optional) Mix first 5 ingredients together. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of batter and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Make icing with remaining 4 ingredients. Melt butter; add sugar, milk and coconut. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. (Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan.) |
