CRANBERRY CONSERVE 
4 c. whole cranberries
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
5 tbsp. brandy

Boil cranberries and water together until skins pop. Add sugar and raisins. Boil another 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in walnuts and brandy. Cool and refrigerator. Yield: 5 cups.
